Sattva Guna is about being clean and bright. It is a very important part of getting to Moksha. It gives the person Daivi Sampat virtues, such as not being afraid, having a pure heart, and other things, which can set them free. Sattva Guna’s main consequence is Brahmavichara, the search for truth, differentiating between Sat and Asat and reality and illusion.
Happiness and peace don’t come from the outside. It comes from the inside and is made by the same psyche when it is under control and the thoughts are going in the right direction. To get pleasure from doing things, you as an individual need to think about how much you like, want and are good at them. When you develop the Sattva Guna, everything will calm down and your thoughts will stop.
So, to find the Sattvic mind, you need to do some Japam, Vichara, Satsang, contemplation, Tapasya, and Svadhyaya from time to time.
Anyone who wants to find happiness in the world of things will never really hear the voice of Atman. There is no true thought or Vichara in which he asks about the Self. Pure intellect, which is also called Sattvic Buddhi, is shown by pure thought.
Everything comes and goes from our minds, which are full of thoughts. Those who practice Niskama Karma Yoga can think about God and meditate.
The mind’s attractiveness is that it’s curious and asks many questions about the world. And it can deceive everyone. When it comes to being used, it can’t do anything. If you’re willing to focus and put it into practice, you must hunger for God’s darshan or Self-realization for months before you can think from the Sattvic Buddhi.
Sadhanas are meant to give you a strong, pure will. You can make your determined will stronger and pave the way to God-realization because it can bring about avidya nivritta (revolvement of ignorance) and paramananda-prapti (the awakening of bliss) (Sat-chit-Ananda state).
On this planet, there are few Sattvic individuals. They are the ones who have things like patience, kindness, forgiveness, and so on. The real person who wants to find the Sattvic mind is looking for all the Sattvic qualities.
Sattva Guna fills the mind with steadiness and inner joy. It can also help keep a friendship going strong, and in the long run, you won’t mind eating simple food.
When your mind is full of pure Sattva guna, you also get closer to the Divine source. This is because your mind is clean. At this point, you’re inspired and have pure thought (Bhava-Samsuddhi) and heart (Sattva-Samsuddhi). This is Jnana’s fourth stage, which is also called Jnana Bhumika.
